1. Planning, controlling, and implementing administrative policies and regulations for all staff.

2. Ensuring and coordinating document security in accordance with the Official Secrets Act, Security Instructions, and the National Archives Act.

3. Coordinating the planning of human resource management and development, including employment matters, leave, courses, and training.

4. Planning, controlling, and implementing activities involving financial allocations, preparing the annual budget, and maintaining assets/inventory and storage.

5. Managing and coordinating Departmental Vehicle Management.

6. Ensuring office space and office equipment are managed in an orderly and systematic manner.
Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of the office and the working environment.
