- Our Department

The department oversees UMPSA’s strategic planning, quality assurance, university rankings, sustainability initiatives, and administrative and financial management to ensure effective implementation of goals, continuous improvement, and institutional excellence.

- Planning, managing, executing, and monitoring the development process of the UMPSA 3/5-year Strategic Plan to ensure strategies and achievements are synergized effectively.

- Managing and monitoring the implementation of KPI of the UMPSA Strategic Plan in each department to ensure alignment with the University's Vision, Mission, and Objectives.

- Managing and monitoring the performance achievements of university KPIs to ensure strategies and initiatives are well implemented.

- Managing and monitoring the performance achievements of the Dean's KPIs to ensure strategies and initiatives are well implemented.

Management Quality Unit - Developing, planning, executing, and managing activities related to management quality within the scope of: 

- ISO 9001:2015 Audit Scope: Development and Academic Management - Bachelor Degree Programs

- New Horizon Creative & Innovative Group (KIK)

- Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA)

- UMPSA Quality & Innovation Day

- Planning and formulating matters related to rankings and sustainability.

- Planning and drafting a strategic plan for rankings and sustainability.

- Managing, coordinating, and analyzing data for reporting to rating agencies and stakeholders.

- Facilitating and providing consultancy services to related departments and data coordinators.

- Planning, controlling, and implementing administrative policies and regulations for all staff.

- Ensuring and coordinating document security in accordance with the Official Secrets Act, Security Instructions, and the National Archives Act.

- Coordinating the planning of human resource management and development, including employment matters, leave, courses, and training.
